This package includes airstrip pick-up and drop-off, along with 2 game drives.  

Day 1 - Upon arrival to Amboseli airstrip our driver will pick you up and proceed for afternoon game drive en-route to Amboseli Discovery Camp. Arrive to the camp in time for dinner. Enjoy a wonderful bonfire under the clear sky and galaxy. In a clear night you can see the snow cap Mt. Kilimanjaro dominating the southern border of Kenya and Tanzania.

Day 2 - Depart camp by 6:30am after an early tea or coffee for your morning game drive. We will get you to the park early enough when the wildlife is waking up and ready for the day. Our driver is expert in Amboseli, and he will do all that he can to deliver the best game drive for you. Sit back and enjoy large herds of elephants, zebras, waterbucks, wildebeest and hippos as they graze graciously through lush green swamps fed by snows of Mt. Kilimanjaro. Return to camp by 9:00am for scrumptious breakfast.

After lunch proceed for afternoon game drive en route to airstrip. Bid farewell to your driver and board your charter back to Nairobi.

Day 1 – Get yourself to SGR train station in Nairobi and hop into Madaraka express to Emali train station. Travel time is approximately 2 hours. This is an exciting ride starting from buzzing city of Nairobi, traversing extensive Kenya’s landscape into the foothills of Mt. Kilimanjaro. Our driver will pick you up from Emali train station at 9:30am. The ride from Emali train station to Amboseli Discovery Camp is only 2 hours.  Check into your room, have lunch, and get ready for an evening game drive. This is your first encounter with wildlife in Amboseli National Park. Return to camp before dusk in time for dinner and overnight.

Day 2 - Morning and Afternoon Game Drive

Depart camp by 6:30am after an early tea or coffee for your morning game drive. We will get you to the park early enough when the wildlife is waking up and ready for the day. Our driver is expert in Amboseli, and he will do all that he can to deliver the best game drive for you. Sit back and enjoy large herds of elephants, zebras, waterbucks, wildebeest and hippos as they graze graciously through lush green swamps fed by snows of Mt. Kilimanjaro. Return to camp by 9:00am for scrumptious breakfast.

After breakfast take a much-needed rest at our elevated observation lounge with breathtaking views of Mt. Kilimanjaro and the panoramic views of Amboseli grasslands. A moment poised in the Amboseli landscape. At 4:00pm, after coffee and tea, hope into your Safari Landcruiser for the afternoon game drive when the savanna has cooled off and the wildlife are out of the shades for the afternoon grazing. For this afternoon you are scheduled to visit observation hill with a view of elephants and hippos below against the backdrop of Mt. Kilimanjaro. Observation hill also offers a spectacular sunset as it slips away from the big African sky.  

Drive back to camp by 6:30pm in time for dinner. Take a much-needed hot shower and slowly stroll into Mountain view lounge, a cozy common guest room for a glass of wine or cold tusker beer before a scrumptious dinner.

Day 3 - Drop off at Emali train station for your trip back to Nairobi or Mombasa.
